Get in touch

Tell us what you have in mind, or what’s getting in the way. A few sentences are enough to start.

What happens next

  1. We reply within one working day.
  2. A free first call about how your process actually runs: a conversation, not a pitch.
  3. A proposal in writing: what we’ll build, how we’ll go about it and what it costs. The proposal itself is free, and nothing is binding until you sign.

Or email us directly at info@hybric.nl.

FAQ

Before you write

What does a project cost?

It depends on what needs to be built, so there’s no price list. After the first call you get a written proposal that says what it will cost. The call and the proposal are free, and nothing is binding until you sign.

We don’t know exactly what we need yet. Can we still get in touch?

Yes, that’s what the first call is for. You tell us where things get stuck, and together we work out whether software can help and what it would take.

How do you structure an engagement?

It depends on the work. Some projects suit a fixed scope, others a retainer or hourly arrangement. We agree on the structure that fits during the first call, before anything is signed.

How long until we see something working?

A first working version in two to four weeks. After that we iterate in short cycles with an update every week, so you’re never waiting months to find out whether it does what you need.

Who owns the code, and where does it run?

You own all of it, including written documentation. Hosting can be in the cloud or on your own infrastructure if you have it.

What about maintenance after delivery?

Billed per hour. You’re not locked into a support contract, and because you own the code and the docs, you can also take it on yourself or hand it to someone else.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes, that’s no problem.

Do you work on-site?

Mostly remote. For the first meetings we come to your office: understanding how your processes actually run is easier in the room where they happen.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

We only use AI where it does the job better than the current process, and we measure that before it goes live. Where a mistake could be costly, the AI does the groundwork and your team decides.

What do you build with?

Python, Java, Rust, Go, JavaScript and TypeScript, with PyTorch for model work and any modern frontend framework. On the data side: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQLite, Firebase and vector databases. We pick per project rather than fitting everything to one stack.
