Software engineer
Spent three and a half years building software for trading firms, where a mistake costs money straight away, and led a team of six developers along the way. Holds an MSc in Computer Science from TU Delft, focused on AI.
Willem Toet
Business development
Came from maritime engineering at a large Dutch shipbuilder. Focuses on client relationships, creative solutions and proposals, and starts every project with the basics: learning how the work actually happens.

We started Hybric because many companies still run on manual steps and aren’t sure where AI fits in. We like to stay with clients for the long term and adjust as their needs change.
